It was in a perfect place. Staff was pretty friendly and incredibly nice. We liked the buffet breakfast at 9.20, everything tasted amazing.

A chilled-out base for sightseeing in Puerto de la Cruz. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably large and absolutely spotless rooms of the apartment with a refrigerator. Peaceful, excellent setting so close to the pedestrian area as well as the shore.

Slept on not very comfortable bed.

We loved it, it's cosy and new place! The staff were attentive and very friendly. The setting was perfect and exceptionally nice.

The location was really poor.

Lovely accommodation with large rooms short walk to the Lago Martianez, beach, bars, supermarkets and RF Bambi. Rooms with a smaller tv. Perfect and top location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Strandpromenade. Btw, located near shops.

Place was new and cosy and a minute walk from a Catholic church. Staff of our accommodation was knowledgeable and attentive! It was marvellous and amazing on the coast.

It's a pity but the bathroom was very small.

Has large bedrooms and kitchenette. The place is close to the harbour and sea front as well as main promenade. I am very satisfied with efficient and welcoming staff and terrific service: )

It's cosy place and everything was perfect. The venue has perfect and excellent setting near the town centre. It's near the beautiful island of Tenerife, restaurants and sea.

Great central location and friendly staff. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool and a rooftop sun terrace.

The room was a bit small and the shower curtain was not very effective, causing the whole floor to get soaked. There was limited hot water supply for showers.

The stay in the hotel was really a good return on investment. The staff was very friendly, everything was working perfectly. The location is as well fine. Close to the see, close to the Martianez lake, close to the city center. Room was nice and clean, even its not a big size it was fine enough for two of us plus baby. I would definetely recommend this hotel

In the early morning there was noise comming from street. Once the service men were watering the flowers other day the garbage lorry was passing around.

Our experience at this new apartment was VERY PLEASANT. Fairly clean and reasonably large property with views of the mountains. Magnificent and brilliant location for Puerto de la Cruz, on that area. Plus it was short walk to Lago Martianez, the beach and sources of live evening entertainment.

We've stayed there for 1 night, everything was perfect, don't miss it. Bus stop was 5 minutes walk away.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had a big balcony and kitchen. The location was perfect, with an amazing rooftop terrace for sunbathing and incredible views. The staff, especially the two lovely ladies at the reception, were very friendly and accommodating. I felt right at home and would definitely recommend this property.

Hotel breakfast could be better with more variety of options.

Good stuff, nice and clean room, close to the Martiánez Natural Pools and centre of the town, near big grocery store, not noisy, good value for money

Absence of a microwave oven in the kitchenary, problem with parking. Bus stop is not a long way from the hotel but quite difficult of access because of hilly terrain
